Sound familiar?

Every store owner has had one of these weeks.

The notebook stopped adding up
A page of crossed-out sums and no way to tell which number was right. Statisthink keeps the count itself, so the total at closing is the total at opening.
Stock walked out of the door
Not theft, usually. A sachet here, a can there, eaten by the house. It only shows up when the shelf is empty before the money says it should be.
You cannot say what you earned
Sales are not profit. Without cost on every item, the busy week and the good week look the same on paper.
The receipts live in a plastic bag
And the bag is not a ledger. Suppliers, utang, and expenses go in one at a time here, and the books add themselves up.

Everything your store needs, nothing it doesn't

One app instead of a notebook, a calculator, and a box of old receipts.

Inventory and stock alerts

Every item, unit, and barcode in one place. Know what is low before a customer asks, and count stock without paperwork.

Pro

POS with acknowledgment receipts

Sell in seconds — cash, GCash, Maya, card, or utang. Senior and PWD discounts and VAT are computed for you, on a receipt you can print or share.

Pro

Utang, written down

Credit with a name, an amount and a due date attached. Who owes what, what came back, and who is overdue — on one page instead of the last page of a notebook.

Pro

Simple bookkeeping

Sales, expenses, and supplier payments post themselves. See profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow without an accountant.

Pro

Suppliers and purchase orders

Turn a low-stock alert into a purchase order, receive deliveries, and watch inventory and payables update automatically.

Pro

Recipes and prep batches

A plate of adobo, a tray of pandesal, a pitcher of iced tea: record what goes in, and the ingredients come off stock when the item sells, so each one carries its own cost.

Pro

Excel and PDF exports

Products, stock, sales, and bookkeeping reports in the formats your accountant already uses. Excel downloads on every plan; PDF needs Pro or Max.

Pro

Multi-branch

Stock per branch, sales per branch, one set of books. See each branch clearly while running the whole store.

Support from a person

Open a ticket from inside the app, with the page you were on attached, and the same person answers — on every plan, including Free.

Built for the way your kind of store works

Same app, different questions. Pick the one that sounds like yours.

Sachets, cans, and a load of utang

Count in packs and sachets, sell on utang with a name attached, and see who still owes you before the list gets long.

Who is behind this

Statisthink is early. We would rather show you a person than a logo wall we have not earned.

A note from the founder
I built Statisthink because the stores I grew up around ran on memory and trust, and lost money in the gaps. This is the tool I wanted my aunt to have: honest about what is on the shelf, honest about what it cost, and quiet about everything else.

Zed, founder

Testimonials and store counts appear here when a store agrees to be named. Until then, the founder's address is the phone number: write to us and a person answers.

Two things to take with you

Neither of them needs an account.

What is shrinkage costing you?

Put in a month of sales and your best guess at the share that walks out. The arithmetic is in pesos, and it is ours to get right.

A sari-sari store usually guesses one to three percent. If you have counted stock and it did not match, you already know.

Prices are per store and per month, paid in cash or by transfer for now: ask through support and Statisthink switches the plan on. Everything a card lists is live in the app today — the web app runs in any browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing waiting on a phone release. Recipes and prep batches for raw materials are on Pro and Max. The counts on each card are the limits the app enforces, read from the plan itself.

Your numbers are yours

A store's ledger is the most private thing it owns. Here is what happens to it.

  • Encrypted on the way in and at rest. Your books are never a spreadsheet on our laptop.
  • Every store is walled off from every other store, and the database enforces the wall.
  • A nightly backup, so a deleted product is a conversation rather than a loss.
  • Export products, sales, and books to Excel whenever you like. Your history leaves with you.

Your store's records are yours under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We do not sell them, and we do not share them.

Our mission

Every Philippine small business — store, kitchen, or workshop — deserves big-retail control over its stock and money

The biggest retailers in the country know their inventory to the last can and their profit to the last peso — because they can afford systems that tell them. We are building that same clarity for the stores that were left with a notebook and a guess: honest books, no stock walking out the door, less paperwork, and more time for family.

The Statisthink seal, established 2026

About Statisthink

Statisthink was established in 2026 with one conviction: Philippine small businesses are run with discipline and heart, and they deserve software that respects both. We build in pesos, for Philippine receipts and VAT rules, and we ship features only when they work on a phone in an actual store or kitchen.

We are an early, small team — which is why founding stores matter to us. Talk to us directly at zedfaces.fernandez@gmail.com.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Statisthink for my restaurant, bakery, or shop?

Yes. Any business that stocks things can track them here — ingredients in kilograms and liters, tools, flowers, or spare parts, in any unit you use. Recipes that turn raw materials into menu items are live on Pro and Max.

Do I need internet to use Statisthink?

The web app needs a connection, and it runs in any phone or computer browser — nothing to install. A phone app that keeps selling with no signal is on hold while the web system is finished, so nothing in the product waits for it. If the connection drops mid-sale you get an error and no sale is recorded, rather than a receipt number for something that never reached the books.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. No card, and no trial you have to cancel. The first 30 days are the product: stock, the till, the books and buying stock are all switched on, with Free's caps on products and users so you can see where they land. After that the till and the books are Pro and Max, inventory for one branch stays free, and your data stays exactly where it is. The caps on each plan are listed on the pricing cards.

What is an acknowledgment receipt?

It is the receipt format Philippine stores issue before BIR accreditation. Statisthink prints acknowledgment receipts today, and we are pursuing accreditation so they can become official receipts.

Is my store's data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every store's records are isolated from other stores, and backups run nightly. You can export everything to Excel anytime — your data stays yours.
